This was the best travel moment of our year!

Happy Friday! Alyssa here, writing to you from Colorado. When the renters for our house said they bought a place and needed to end their lease early, we clamored to figure out what to do with it! Luckily, we knew we needed to be stateside for my sister's wedding and we decided to spend our summer up in the mountains. Heath took advantage of our time in the US by surprising me and the kids with a Disney cruise to the Bahamas. He said he never gets me anything good for my birthday because I just want to travel instead, so he nailed this! π ποΈ Does he know I now will expect a tropical vacation for every birthday? Not sure. Someone break the news to him gently. We said we wanted to take the kids to every Disney park in their lifetime (7/12 right now), and a Disney cruise was a great reminder of why. You have never seen happiness like my two year old when he saw "big Spiderman" AKA his life hero and everything he wants to be in life. Look at him, wearing his webshooters with Spidey. It was the sweetest moment I've ever witnessed. He was so proud to show big Spiderman his webs and it was another magical moment in this travel life. Now that we're back from visiting the kids 13th(!) new country, we're totally relaxing in our house for two months. JK, we're buying a new biz on Monday. π€ͺ But more on that once the ink is dry!
